Qualifications Mr.
McKnerney received his Associate of Science degree in Computer Science
from Los Angeles Pierce Community College.
He is a licensed Deputy Concrete Inspector in the counties of Los
Angeles and Ventura.
Experience
Mr.
McKnerney has over thirty-five years experience in the geotechnical
engineering and construction inspection field.
He has been involved in various phases of project development
ranging from conducting site investigations and forensic studies,
including associated laboratory testing, to all types of grading
control, compaction testing, residential and commercial construction
observations and contract negotiations.
His field experience includes monitoring of over 7 million cubic
yards of hillside grading within Los Angeles and Ventura counties
including extensive rock disposal operations along with deputy
inspection services and staff management during commercial and
residential development.
Mr.
McKnerney also has a great deal of experience in roadway pavement design
and distress evaluations. He
recently provided technical analysis and consultation services to the
City of Thousand Oaks, Public Works Department for upgrading of the
City's Road Standard Designs.
